Opis pracodawcy:
Klient Banku Danych o Inżynierach producent zaawansowanych systemów i podzespołów sterujących m.in. dla branż energetycznej, motoryzacyjnej, lotniczej.
Wymagania:
- Master / Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Expert in Autodesk Inventor (Routed Systems) and Autodesk Vault Collaboration, as well as 2D design in AutoCad
- Distinct knowledge in 3D-methodology, understanding and developing of complex 3D-systems
- Very good command of English in written and spoken
- Experience in data-exchange (export) with foreign drawing systems and knowledge of different possibilities to allow continuous workflow
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks beneficial
- Work experience with installation, cable and cable way engineering is strongly preferred
- Effective written communication skills (procedures, reports, etc.)
- Competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting
- Ability to effectively operate in the team-work environment and communicate with team members
- Capacity for teamwork is an important requirement
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
Zakres obowiązków:
- Mechanical engineering to design project-related cable & cable ways for entire power station systems with Autodesk Inventor 3D, including
- Mechanical design of cable & cable ways (cable trays, ladders and pipes) for use in power stations
- Drawing of entire cable & cable ways (cable trays, ladders and pipes) in 3D
- Performance of 3D drawings for international installation companies
- Design of 3D drafts and 2D drafts
- Performance of electrical calculations to dimension the according cables
- Performance of mechanical calculations to dimension the cable ways incl. their loading and fixing
- Technical communication with KMP headquarter and 3D engineering services and suppliers
- Cooperation with the engineering team to set up bill of material for cables and cable ways
- Maintains BOMs; releases drawings in ERP system
- CAD database maintenance
- Documents/archives/retrieves drawings from data storage system
- May participate in international and multi-site projects
- Preparation of project-related customer documentations, circuit drawings for wiring list generation, quality control plans
