Requirements:
- technical higher education
- work experience in Quality Department preferably production company
- german language skills, good knowledge of English
- knowledge of 8D’s, Cause & effect diagrams (Fish bones), Is / Is Not, FMEA, Control Plans, Project planning
- analytical skills
- abilities to time pressure work
- ready for business trips
Duties:
- contacts with clients and maintenance of good relationships
- analysis of clients’ needs in the area of products’ quality
- assurance of good communication between European plants
- conducting complaints and reporting their results
- standardization of guarantee processes
- taking an active part in preparing and coordinating improvements plans
