Requirements:
- civil engineer or mechanic engineer from a good institute with at least 5-15 years of experience, in particular as a Technical Director in a very close branch of industry and/or industrial services
- very good technical skills in industrial equipments and heavy machines
- managerial skills with a global view of the regional targets
- ability to communicate fluently in English, Russian is an advantage
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to travel locally and overseas and visit of existing sites for any analysis related support
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- providing engineering technical support for total project management
- leadership, teamwork

- championing change and effectively managing the implementation of new ideas
- reinforcing team approach throughout development effort
- supporting and soliciting input from team members at all levels within the organization,
- client management
- continually defining way to increase customer satisfaction and deepening client relationship
- identifying and understanding from the tender document the compliance which will affect the commercials
- ability to derive rates for usage of special construction machinery wherever needed
Duties:
- Based in Warsaw and under the Sub-Regional Director, and in link with the Region Technical Director, the applicant will be responsible for:
- in charge of technical solution development and delivery to make the company progress in its development and its European recognition
- serves as a sub-regional technical expert representative across team, clients, and regional department
- offers technical support practices in offering definition and positioning
- in collaboration with operations and commercial teams, suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently
- promotes and coordinates technical knowledge harvesting within the organization
- defines, communicates and enforces with the Regional Technical director Company’s Technical Strategy
- manages technical local team within budget and project schedule
- tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve our methodology and services offerings
- assists in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective
- consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
- interact with owner’s client engineer for tender clarifications, accounts, planning and co-ordination, purchase for collection of data
- bidding, estimation & tendering (technical evaluation) activities for new projects with ability to collect and compile data for further analysis to ensure smooth engineering survey
