- provides expertise necessary to develop, maintain and administer few contracts and amendments, in the same time
- provides input on up to related contract actions required to administer, extend, renew, terminate the contracts

Duties:
- reports to the ADPi Projects Director and/or Project Manager
- serves as the ADPi representative in the development and administration of contracts in assigned organization
- encourages an atmosphere of trust, openness and communication and an attitude based on working together and shared objectives
- responsible of the relationship between the Client and ADPi
- acts as a single point of contact for all formal and legal correspondence relating to the Construction contracts and to the Project Management Contract
- the Contracts Manager has no primary approval authority but can have considerable influence on approval due to the professional level of technical advice provided
- establishes and manages communication flows between Client, ADPi and Contractors and ensure that they are used
- manages the dispute resolution process
- manages upwards to ensure that ADPi is informed about issues before they escalate
- provides technical guidance for a professional analysis of bid responses, negotiation offers and counter offers
- negotiates with contractors for and on behalf of ADPi
- provides justification and recommendations for changes in contracting procedure or contract format
- receives work back up and direction from Gassim Executives
