We have created a platform of worldwide partnerships enabling us to serve clients on a multinational level. One of our customers is leading Belgian construction company CFE. Being successful in Belgium and Luxemburg, CFE is, through their real estate companies BPI and CFE Immo, looking for new opportunities in Poland and other Central European countries for residential and office projects. Having won a first project in Gdansk, BPI is looking to attract a “ Project Manager” (real estate development) to support the newly hired “ Project Development Director Poland “, managing the general contractor and the project operationally.
Requirements:
- higher degree in Construction Engineering and additionally have the necessary local legal qualifications and degrees
- at least 5 years of working experience within construction as a project manager, ideally in real estate/project development, having worked on projects with a 5 to 10 million value or the local market equivalent
- IT: good overall knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
- languages: have a good spoken and written knowledge of Polish and English. All other languages, with French in particular, are an asset
Duties:
- the Project Manager will be responsible for residential or office projects from A to Z from the developers side, managing the general contractor. He will report directly to the Project Development Director Poland
- optimize the project concept, goals and objectives
- coordination and management of projects within time and budget
- technical and administrative preparation and follow up of the project in all its aspects from start to finish
- help consultants, architects and engineers and approve contractors proposals
- control blueprints, budgets and delivery are respected
- makes sure permits, regulations are obtained and valued
- coordinate and supervise teams of consultants, engineers, architects and contractors for project implementations in all its phases (structures, HVAC, commercialization )
