Requirements:
- Technical education: Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
- 2 to 3 years Experience in comparable function – ideally in Automotive Business
- Ideally Experience with background in Converting / Diecutting
- Excellent English
- Good Communication skills
Duties:
- Propose and determine most appropriate and cost effective product constructions and production methods
- Feasibility (Product and Process)
- Release of Production Standards
- Calculation of Transfercost in close cooperation with local controlling
- Tool design, cost evaluation, and Tool Management
- Generation of 3M Stocknumbers
- Use of Automotive European NPM System as primary international workflow tool
- Knowledge (not Expert), and user of CAD systems (e.g. Unigraphics) in order to read customer drawings and convert into appropriate Tool design
- Nesting Optimisation
- Use of Automotive European documentation system for drawings (Matrix)
- APQP
- Process FMEA
- Process Capability Studies
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) / ISIR (Initial Sample and Inspection Report)
- Preparation of Samples and Documents as per Automotive Requirements
- Submit to Customers and document according to Automotive Requirements
- Use of Automotive European NPM System
- Analysis of Production data to prepare for Continous improvement of processes and equipment
- Support operators with appropriate process training and in daily activities as needed
