Requirements:
- a recognized, graduate level
- a technical background that allows him/her to fully understand technical constraints from different functions
- the use of Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing methodology enables him/her to promote solutions to technical and economic problems
- experience in team management and strong leadership skills
- good customer interfacing, communication and presentation skills
- language skills, especially English
- strategic agility, passionate, innovative, results driven, business acumen
- 3-5 years of proven management experience, preferable in automotive industry
Duties:
- effectively manage operational performance for value stream operations
- provide operations support for product launch for products identified in the value stream in accordance to value stream leaders direction
- provide effective management of manufacturing processes in alignment with materials planner including production and maintenance functions
- introducing lean principals and motivating the operations team to achieve targets
- coaching and training of team members
- compliance with applicable regulations and group standards
