Wymagania:

• a recognized, graduate level
• a technical background that allows him/her to fully understand technical constraints from different functions
• the use of Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing methodology enables him/her to promote solutions to technical and economic problems
• experience in team management and strong leadership skills
• good customer interfacing, communication and presentation skills
• language skills, especially English
• strategic agility, passionate, innovative, results driven, business acumen
• 3-5 years of proven management experience, preferable in automotive industry

Zakres obowiązków:

• effectively manage operational performance for value stream operations
• provide operations support for product launch for products identified in the value stream in accordance to value stream leaders direction
• provide effective management of manufacturing processes in alignment with materials planner including production and maintenance functions
• introducing lean principals and motivating the operations team to achieve targets
• coaching and training of team members
• compliance with applicable regulations and group standards
