Our client is a real estate developer specialised in quality mid-range housing projects. To date, about 1,000 projects have been delivered - buildings or landed housing estates - representing more than 50,000 apartments, as well as half a million square metres of offices, hotels and commercial premises.

Requirements:

  • have 3 + year experience in Commercial Real estate, preferably residential area
  • have good technical, commercial experience and appreciation
  • graduate from a recognised state university with a business or technical degree
  • have good managerial skills and strong marketing understanding
  • have experience in building relationship with the Clients and have clean name/reputation in the
Polish market
  • be self-reliant, autonomous, synthetic, with the ability to lead and motivate others towards a
clearly communicated goal and strategy
  • have good command of English language, written and spoken
  • command respect, have strong authority and be very present on site and close to his team
  • have strong can do attitude, with a good working capacity and reliable in meeting objectives
and deadlines
  • be stress resistant and have a positive attitude
  • establish good first-contact and be sales oriented
  • be eager to succeed and develop the Company
  • analyse market demands and competitors on the marketplace
  • have good legal awareness of the building law/construction law related to residential

Duties:

  • the candidate will be an independent individual with great working capacity and experience with Commercial, Technical & Financial aspects related to project management
  • the candidate will have to:
  • define Project Budget & present to the management for approval
  • define the product after he is told where the land is, he defines:
  • price per square meter
  • No. rooms/ apartment: structure
  • building criteria: windows, halls, lifts
  • other information about the building
  • prepares contract with architect
  • co-ordinate work of architect during project
  • prepares sales campaign + marketing campaign
  • controls project budget
  • prepares contract with client
  • defines prices of apartments with sales manager
  • find the relevant service providers (marketing companies, Ad agencies, media house, newspapers), compare and propose the best option to the management for final decision
  • co-ordinate with architect to obtain PC (Construction Permit)
  • choice of contractor
  • co-ordination of work of contractor & technical personnel throughout the project
  • choose contractors & technical support for while building
  • visit site regularly
  • client management after signature of contract (as per signed contract)
  • contacts with all clients, take over client management after they signed and assist them in their expectations, work on modifications of flats with building site
