Requirements:
- university degree (mechanical, electrical, automation, management)
- few years experience at similar position in the industry
- fluent English (spoken & written)
- other languages are very welcome
- strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to overview the project from different points of view: financial, organizational, task prioritization
- ability to motivate and coach project team members
- understanding the risk, capable of defining potential risks and preparing the relevant risk management plan
- able to spend up to 80 travel days per year
Duties:
- leading projects in multinational environment connected with establishing of new factories or modernizing the existing production facilities
- you will be reporting to Department Manager in Cigacice
