Rockwool Engineering within Group Technologies of Rockwool International in Denmark www.rockwool.com, www.rockwool.pl, supplies its customers with technical services & solutions to undertake efficient and reliable operations. Our customers are all operating companies within the group, which are internationally located and linked to 24 factories worldwide.

Wymagania:

• university degree (mechanical, electrical, automation, management)
• few years experience at similar position in the industry
• fluent English (spoken & written)
• other languages are very welcome
• strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• ability to overview the project from different points of view: financial, organizational, task prioritization
• ability to motivate and coach project team members
• understanding the risk, capable of defining potential risks and preparing the relevant risk management plan
• able to spend up to 80 travel days per year

Zakres obowiązków:

• leading projects in multinational environment connected with establishing of new factories or modernizing the existing production facilities
• you will be reporting to Department Manager in Cigacice
