Wymagania:

• at least 4 years of commercial development experience
• proficient in .NET platform development
• experience with ASP.NET, MS SQL, JavaScript is a must
• knowledge of design patterns and good coding practices is a must
• knowledge and experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks, TDD
• at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT field
• fluent spoken and written English

Zakres obowiązków:

• develop, improve and deploy the applications with respect to coding standards
• coordinate programming efforts and software quality in thescope of an application release
• act as mentor to fellow programmers
• support, maintain and document software functionality
• integrate software with existing systems
• research into the technology to stay up to date with trends and best practices and assess available technologies and recommend solutions
• analyze written specifications and user needs to determine technical implementation
• perform and govern code and design reviews in collaboration with Solution Architect
• ensure testing on the programming level is designed and performed by the team
• communicate and collaborate with other team members in international environment
• constantly improve the way work is done
