SPMT Operator Trainee - international program

Wymagania:

• high school qualification in mechanical (essential)
• bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recommended)
• english - B1 Level (essential)
• english - C1 Level (desiderable)
• mechanical - basic knowledge
• hydraulic - basic knowledge
• electronic - basic knowledge
• capable to work under stress
• respect the safety rules concerning the use of equipment
• have a good depth perception and overall view
• ability to work individually and in a team
• able to pass a Pre - employment Medical and Drug&Alcohol Screen
• drivers license
• able to work with the team in remote locations on occasions

Zakres obowiązków:

• this opportunity is targeted at high potential individuals who will be placed in Operations Department. The training consists of periods of 6 months spent in the Head Quarter located in Italy, where you will receive theoretical and practical knowledge about SPMT’s basic function and driving
• assemble, disassemble, set and configure (mechanically and electronically), operate the Self Propelled Modular Trailers (both Sheuerle and Cometto type) in any configuration and in any cargo type/weight
• perform the rigging and all other operations with the SPMT
• responsible for the daily and weekly control and maintenance of the SPMT
• report faults and execute necessary repairs
• together with the SPMT Supervisor responsible for the heavy transports

• candidates who will pass the training period with good evaluation will be engaged with a labor contract to work overseas all over the words where the company has projects with very good salary and social package
• first qualification face to face interview will take place in Tychy during the week 43. Only selected candidates will be contacted for a preliminary English phone interview
