Sales Manager (Food&Industry)

Opis pracodawcy:

BDI Client - GEA Refrigeration Technologies is looking for Candidate for the position Sales Manager. This is a key-role position in the development of the organization, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Wymagania:

• Engineering Master Degree or equivalent by experience
• at least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in advanced solutions or/and investment products in industrial food sector
• experience in industrial refrigeration installations will be an asset
• very good command of English
• ability to build long-term relationships with Clients
• promote professional communication (in- and externally)
• promote and support a teamwork
• result oriented
• very good negotiation skills

Zakres obowiązków:

• participation in sales negotiations with Clients in food and industry sector
• initiating and make decisions to maximize sales
• managing a small team of Sales Engineers
• participation in sector fairs and industry events
• analysis of the market and the competitors
• participation in the development of sales budgets
