Wymagania:

• degree in mechanical engineering, or related equivalent. 10 years working experience in medical device field
• must have proven Project Management experience in new product development
• must have sound understanding of the Quality Management system as per the requirements of ISO 13485, Medical Device Directive, Polish regulations for medical devices and the requirements of FDA CFR 21 Part 820, J-PAL
• excellent English speaking, reading and written skills essential. Fluent in Polish. Additional languages a plus

Zakres obowiązków:

• supports the Director of Product Development & Innovation in establishing project priorities and planning the necessary resources (human, equipment and finance) for implementation
• develop, maintain and track project plans for cross functional teams with the focus on New Product Development of medical devices
• coach, mentor and support junior Project Managers on to ongoing improvement and identification of best practices in the project management process and the related activities
• provide guidance to project teams on the Development process for new products from the concept phase to transfer to production
• promote effective communication of project status between the project teams and the Board
• identify, manage and communicate project risk and develop the project risk management strategy
