Wymagania:

• excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, customer focused
• develop sales of ceramic raw materials
• cooperate closely with operations division to ensure proper customer service level
• preferable background in the ceramic industry
• master degree (preferably Economics/Technical/Ceramics)
• fluent English (reading, writing and speaking
• 3 years of experience in sales
• experience in ceramic field will be an asset
• driving license
• the ability to work calmly under pressure

Zakres obowiązków:

• lead and organize sales process (project analysis, offer preparations, negotiations)
• successfully dealing with customers, internal and external
• initiate and develop high-level relationships with clients
• frequent business trips
• technical assistance and customer’s issues solving
• the ideal applicant will have sales experience within the ceramic industry, is well educated and a highly motivated sales professional with the desire to growth within the organization
