Country Sales Engineer - Industrial Process Fluid Cleaning Systems

MKR is a leading German manufacturer of industrial process-fluid cleaning equipment. Our products are serving the metal-working-, surface treatment-, industrial waste-water recycling-, glass polishing-, cosmetics- and painting industries with process fluids used for cooling, lubricating, surface treatment or cleaning. Wymagania:

• relevant technical university or college education and a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in industrial B2B sales
• process fluid experience is an advantage
• result-oriented technical sales professional with good communication skills
• mature, self-supporting personality with self-motivation and endurance
• excellent English is a must, German is an advantage but not required
• based in Krakow or Katowice, willing to work from a home-office
• willing to travel 75% of work time throughout Poland
• good analytical and judgment skills to complete project work as well as coordination capabilities with other stake-holders
• good computer skills and a safe driving record with substantial experience
• references from former employers

Zakres obowiązków:

• sales prospecting and sales development
• project management and coordination
• reporting to international management
• budgeting and business planning
• conducting occasional on-site machine tests
• supporting service activities
• participation at professional trade events
• continuous customer visits and closing deals
• working together with an independent distributor
• working together with German parent-company organization
