Field Engineer - Healthcare IT

Wymagania:

• customer communication skills
• IT networking skills
• at least two years experience with IT System administration
• strong understanding of hospital workflow
• solid knowledge of SQL/Oracle
• understanding of system integration
• basic project management skills
• fluent in English and Polish languages
• - Desired Characteristics
• prior experience in RIS/PACS systems
• excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
• process oriented

Zakres obowiązków:

• provide corrective and preventive maintenance, installation and field modification requirements on all GE and third party products (RIS/PACS systems) within designated area, to deliver customer satisfaction
• carry out preventive maintenance on GE and OEM products, concentrating mainly on RIS systems Escalate and utilize processes to drive a high quality service offering
• carry out field modification upgrades to ensure FMI completion
• carry out corrective maintenance of Healthcare IT products as required focusing on RIS systems
• provide customer satisfaction across delegated area, and assigned customers by constantly communicating, tracking issues, and informing the customer
• prepare and maintain documentation in order to deliver and improve business performance
• instigate complaint-handling processes within area
• ability to act as 1st FE for assigned customer sites
• ability to plan and manage standard updates and upgrades
