R&D Engineer

Opis pracodawcy:

For our Client - a subsidiary of the Danish company with production and distribution facilities within Flow Control in Denmark, Poland and Russia is currently looking for an R&D engineer who independently and in close cooperation with colleagues in Denmark and Poland can handle R&D projects from drawing, specification, design to implementation.

Wymagania:

• professional development of products for optimum energy efficiency
• your work will essentially focus on R&D and you will be an important centre in the product development cooperating with sub-suppliers, the production department and the quality department. To a small extent the job will also include design and maintenance jobs related to already existing products within the product portfolio
• - the successful candidate is:
• structured in work procedures
• outgoing and dedicated
• characterized by great independence
• - the successful candidate:
• a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar background
• preferably five years’ experience within product development including, if possible, experience within design in plastic and brass materials
• experience within the HVAC segment and within flow systems will be an advantage
• experience within project management and international cooperation and consequent with the ability to communicate in oral and written English
• profound CAD experience (SolidWorks/PDM-Works/FloWorks)
• drive, dedication and patience for the long haul

Zakres obowiązków:

• - the successful candidate will:
• be part of a small dedicated team of product developers and will be project manager of own R&D projects
• participate actively in all development stages from concept, technical calculations, development of prototypes to the final product approval and implementation in the production department
• continuously try to develop methods, procedures and specifications so that the high quality and knowledge of our products are maintained and/or improved
• be in charge of the maintenance of the existing product portfolio, including the securement of basic data, drawings, functional and technical specifications
• test the products and ensure that the quality is in conformity with the targets set
