Production Planning Manager

Opis pracodawcy:

An American corporation building a new cosmetics manufacturing facility in Lodz, Poland. The facility will initially have 16,000 sq. meters of production and warehousing space with an average of 200 direct and indirect employees.

Wymagania:

• good organizational effectiveness in a dynamic environment
• excellent standard of verbal and written English language skills
• good attention to detail and follow-up
• high school diploma and a minimum of two years of planning or customer service experience
• must possess in depth knowledge of office productivity software packages, such as Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes
• trained in the use of MRP and standard production tools
• knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
• must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• good analytical and problem solving skills
• highly responsive to customers and relationship build
• values high performance gained through team effort
• entrepreneurial spirit and method of working

Zakres obowiązków:

• position is responsible for coordinating customer requirements between the customer planning, marketing, hub warehouse, logistics groups and CEI-Polska. The planner is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction
• ensure successful launches of new products for customers and meeting all deadlines
• receipt and entry of purchase orders, change orders, and updates to customer orders
• verifying accuracy of customer/CEI bills of materials and addressing any discrepancies with the customer or CEI staff
• maintaining proper documentation of communications with customers, especially as it effects completion of their orders
• reconcile material usage and inventory discrepancies with customers
• coordinate customer contact with CEI organization in the execution of new products
• communicate customer requirements with CEI staff to ensure that requirements are understood and achieved
• respond to customer inquiries regarding order status from receipt of orders to delivery of finished goods
