NPP COMMODITY BUYER

Wymagania:

• masters degree in engineering with a specialization in international purchasing
• minimum 3 years experience as a Commodity Buyer in an industrial environment
• results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
• ability to work in a matrixed organization
• international mind set, overseas experience a plus
• bi/multi-lingual (English required)

Zakres obowiązków:

• the role of a NPP Commodity Buyer is to structure the building of a supplier panel for one or more commodities and ensure the overall productivity of the panel
• the main missions of the role are to:
• structure the building of the panel: participate in the definition and the implementation of the purchasing panel policy for assigned commodities, manage supplier selection according to Group criteria
• panel management: ensure a regular follow-up of the supplier performance in relation with the Supplier
• quality Assurance Manager and implement a supplier's reduction plan consistent with Divisions and in coordination with the Business Groups
• manage the global suppliers productivity in relation with plant buyers
• develope and implement tools to improve global productivity
• negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers
• ensure the utilization of the panel by program and plant buyers -ensure the reporting of his or her activities following defined policies
