For our subsidiaries in Poland we are looking for a
Business Development Manager (f/m)
Your job:
- Development of our subsidiaries and our business in Poland
- Acquisition of new customers in the automotive branch
- Responsible for strategic decisions concerning customers and projects
- Development of convincing concepts and strategies to penetrate the market
- Project management for suppliers and OEMs in the automotive industry
- Development and leadership of a team of quality engineers and technicians
- Profit and loss responsibility, reporting to the Director in Poland
Your profile:
- Technical or commercial degree
- Experience in the automotive industry in the area of business development and sales
- Leadership skills, communications skills, flexible and motivated to push our business in Poland
- Good knowledge of the English language, German skills would be an advantage
- Readiness to travel nationwide to customers
