The Market Segment Manager for Surveying Ground will be responsible for South Eastern Europe, North Eastern Europe, Central Asia/Kazakhstan and Russia. He shall either be located in Berlin, Warsaw, Mos- cow or Kazakhstan.
Market Segment Manager Region EAST (GEO - 707)
- Deliver the sales targets and ensure that the set objectives in terms of turnover, volume, market share and gross margin contribution are achieved
- Coordinate, support and monitor the sales processes and activities of all products related to the segment
- Build and implement customer-focused strategies and programs though the distribution channels
- Evaluate the best dealer channels in cooperation with the Regional Manager
- Monitor on a monthly basis performance of dealers and assure achievement of the objectives
- Review target settings and action plans related to the segment
- Drive profit management and create action plans to improve profitability
- Develop and ensure the competencies to sell our products and solutions by organizing and conducting sales and product trainings
- Develop and maintain the product positioning matrix for all products related to the segment
- Perform market analysis & monitor competitive activities
- Be aware of market trends and guide the regional managers
- Bachelor's degree (e.g. Surveying, Civil Engineering)
- Strong technical background and some experi- ence in a Sales/Dealer environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer applica- tions in the Surveying Ground segment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across a range of different cultural environments and within a multicultural team
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), Russian language skills would be a plus
- Willing to travel extensively
