The VELUX Group in Namysłów, Poland is looking for a Graduate in production and engineering who can drive projects and processes that strengthen our ability to achieve our goals. Your main objective will be to participate in all the activities (with people, machines, materials, etc) that take place within the unit.

Your challengesThe VELUX Group is experiencing a growing demand for continuous improvement. In response, we are intensifying our efforts to meet customer expectations and to increase the opportunities for sharing knowledge, working effectively within and across teams and boundaries. To energize this process, we are looking for a Graduate, who is responsible for supporting the production process department.
You will also be responsible for initiating the necessary changes and the implementation of relevant tools. As part of our team, you will take responsibility for the quality of production processes and products.
You are either currently studying and is planning to finish your master’s degree before February 2012 or have a maximum of one year experience in the labour market. You (will) have an academic degree in Engineering or the like. You should document a level of grades above average.
You are creative, you have studied the development and implementation of tools and concepts and you are used to working with multiple stakeholders. Theoretical knowledge within the field of LEAN manufacturing is an advantage. Fluent English is a must.
