FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER



Mission

You will have in charge the Lectra solutions installation, guaranteeing an appropriate use of the equipment and making interventions on customers’ sites as regards preventive and corrective maintenance. This function requires travelling up to 100 % of working time.

Profile

You are qualified in electro-technology and/or mechanics with a minimum of 3 year experience in the industry, or in a customer service department in a high-tech sector. You have strong communication and customer service skills, and possess the necessary abilities to effectively troubleshoot client support needs. This position requires direct customer contact and strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English. Travelling required mainly in Poland. Lectra will offer a neutral company car (also for private use), a mobile phone, a Laptop and all other necessary tools.


Education and/or experience:

  • Preferred person with electronic/automatic education or mechanic education with experience in automatic production lines installation/maintenance.
  • Driving licence.
  • Basic electric skills are must
  • Knowledge in: Windows, Network, Internet, PC and Peripherals
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Administration of Windows XP, 2000 and 2003,
  • Network (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Internet)
  • Overall technical knowledge mainly in electronics, mechanics and pneumatics
