Requirements:
- minimum 3 years experience on similar job position in Automotive Branch
- higher technical degree min. engineer level
- English language knowledge at C1 level
- deep understanding of improvement tools: TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S
- thorough understanding of APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Poka Yoke
- expert knowledge of CQI 15, PLC
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Power Point, Excel)
Duties:
- ensuring the production continuity
- defining production processes and monitoring them
- preparing and monitoring the system documentation
- conducting the trainings on the job positions for employees
- initiating and implementing the improvements in the production processes
- solving the problems in the production process
- analyzing the incompatibilities occured in the production process
