Requirements:
- experience with electronic product development
- experience in team management
- experience with making schematics and PCB fundamentals
- knowledge and experience with digital and analogue electronics
- knowledge and experience with ISP, CPLD design
- knowledge and experience in EMC and environmental testing
- knowledge and experience with FPGA design is preferred but not required
- ability and interest in learning new things

Additional requirements for that position:
- education: M.Sc. Electrical or Automatic Control Engineering
- experience on similar position
- communicative English required in speaking, writing & reading
- structured testing mindset
- the candidate will be travelling 10-20% of his time to R&D office in Denmark
Duties:
- participate in planning and driving redesign of current electronic modules in Radiometer
- coordinate an R&D team of electronic engineers located in Stargard in terms of planning, prioritizing and execution of tasks
- document the design and testing
- build and validate test set-up
- plan and carry out module design and testing
- make new or modify existing schematics
- participate in improvement processes for electronic development and documentation
