Requirements:
- degree in Architecture University of Technology
- minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- experience and knowledge of foodservice sector will be an advantage
- knowledge of standards, norms of construction law
- high level of planning and organizational skills
- detail-orientation and creativeness
- good knowledge of MS Office
- AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop advanced literacy
- business acumen
- good knowledge of English is a must
- ability to work in international, fast changing environment
Duties:
To provide all internal customers and external stakeholders of our stores with design according to the brand standards.
- delivers optimal design solutions within the AmRest budget and Development's goals. Streamlines Starbucks store development process to secure planned number of openings within shortest possible time.
- design Coordinator role between Starbucks EMEA and AmRest teams to speed up design information flow. Coordinates and communicates design process for Starbucks Brand with the respective Parties of Store Development Process
- coordinates and communicates design process with all partner departments
- cooperates with local architects in reference to design process of the particular coffee stores
- monitors and supports process of design implementation with the cooperation of the Project Manager
