Requirements:
Practical experience is essential. At the moment you are most likely working as a test manager, either within the industry or working as a consultant. If you possess most of the following formal qualifications, you might be exactly the person we are looking for:
- education: Hardware or Automatic Control Engineer (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
- very good English is a requirement; Danish would be a benefit
- solid practical and hands-on experience with testing of HW constructions, preferably from measuring systems or precision mechanical motion systems
- experience in coordinating testing teams, having the drive and potential to manage testing team of 4 and more engineers
experience
- with dynamic and kinematic analysis of motion systems
- with fatigue analyzes
- in Creo or similar 3D system
- with modeling and tolerance analysis
- with interface analysis of total construction
- in statistic tools: SAS jmp, Crystal ball or similar
- knowledge of electronic, SW and pneumatic systems
- experience with reliability engineering
- good practice of MS Office package
- the candidate will be travelling 20-30% of his time to R&D office in Denmark

Duties:
As our new test manager you must drive the testing from concept to final verified production at Radiometer and will start by setting up testing processes and infrastructure for product specific components. To become successful, you must feel strongly for test engineering and enabling excellent designs by reliability for design testing, and you enjoy sharing your passion with your colleagues. Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- develop and design test tools and processes to find design problems and give feedback to design team in Copenhagen so that they can improve product design before launch
- manage a team of 4 test engineers located in Stargard in terms of planning, prioritizing and coordination of test activities to ensure high quality testing and team engagement
- validate test equipment and ensure it is maintained
- cooperate with external test laboratories
- participate in improving the current test methods, and ensure that the optimal HW Engineering methods and procedures are implemented across the team
- reporting status and test findings
- secure effective use of modeling (Creo), simulations, solid tolerance calculations etc
- keep up-to-date with new technology and make recommendations for the Test and HW Engineering tool-box and processes
- cooperate with R&D groups in Copenhagen (involving frequent travelling) for support and implementation of a fast reliability growth cycle (SDR)
- give latest lesson learned input to new programs
- review and give feedback on new concepts
- give as much information to design team as possible for future development and to ensure the Radiometer quality standards are accomplished
