Requirements:
- Hardware or Automatic Control education (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
- Solid experience with planning and driving x-functional teams
- Solid practical and hands-on experience with testing of HW constructions, preferably from measuring systems or precision mechanical motion systems
- Experience with dynamic and kinematic analysis of motion systems
- Experience in Creo or similar 3D system
- Knowledge of electronic, Software and pneumatic systems
- Experience with modeling and tolerance analysis
- Basic statistical knowledge
- Experience with interface analysis of total construction
- Experience in statistic methods for test rationales
- Very good English is a requirement.
Duties:
- Build local test team and follow tasks execution
- Develop and design own test constructions taking other engineering disciplines into account
- Validate test equipment and ensure it is maintained
- Cooperate with external test houses
- Participate in improving the current test methods, and ensure that the optimal HW Engineering methods and procedures are implemented across the team
- Reporting status and test findings
- Secure effective use of modeling (Creo), simulations, solid tolerance calculations etc.
- Cooperate with R&D groups (involving frequent travelling) for support and implementation of a fast reliability growth cycle (SDR).
