Polska Woda Sp. z o.o., a well-known manufacturer of Primavera spring water, a part of the Group of San Benedetto, is looking for an employee to the position of Technical Manager.
Requirements:
- university degree in engineering
- a minimum of 7 years maintenance management experience in a food/beverage related manufacturing or process environment
- significant experience in preventive maintenance
- knowledge of process industry equipment and modern process control systems including distributed control systems, high and low pressure compressed air systems and packaging equipment
- fluent/native Polish, fluent English (spoken and written)
- italian would be an asset
Duties:
- overall responsibility for all maintenance activities at the Aleksandria Site
- effective management of equipment and spare parts usage in maintenance processes
- management of the maintenance team with the view to ensure their competencies, skills and know-how are used to the best advantage
- ensure that the maintenance function meets its availability and reliability objectives and that site improvement projects are delivered on time and within budget
- the alignment of Polska Woda ’s maintenance and project activities with Polska Woda’s business priorities and with San Benedetto’s Technical Department requirements
- as a member of Polska Woda‘s Site Management Team the participation in establishing and executing the operations strategy and targets
