Avio Polska koncentruje się na działalności produkcyjnej realizowanej w Centrum Produkcyjnym oraz działalności badawczo-rozwojowej realizowanej w ramach własnego Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego.

Wymagania:

• bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• experience in records management, quality system, audit management system
• english skills
• knowledge of AS family norms , particularly referred to AS 9100 and audit management system will be an asset
• strong project management skills with the ability to develop plans and strategies
• ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
• strong oral and written communication skills
• strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Zakres obowiązków:

• the Quality management system specialist works with other staff within organisations to determine and establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets
• he/she determines, implements quality procedures and standards
• assesses customers and regulations requirements and ensuring that these are met
• ensures that effective policies, and procedures are established and implemented to identify, maintain, and preserve all records required by law, contract, and business prudence
• ensures that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
• is responsible for organizing, overseeing and executing internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, often managing a team of auditors
• coordinates all records retention training and communications programs within GE
