Requirements:
- degree/ diploma/ certificates in IT
- English language command allowing very good written and spoken communication
- network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience are a must
- experience in network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls), Active Directory and Windows Server
- minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical support environment
- ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to all levels of users and management
- ability to work responsibly without direct supervision
- ability to efficiently prioritize
Duties:
- IT infrastructure management
- configure and maintain WAN, LAN and services, including switches, routers, firewalls
- Active Directory administration
- level 2 support for corporate users
- conducting periodical system checkups
- addressing issues with image/ script/ tools deployment
- solving PC hardware issues
- tracking PC and hardware inventory
