Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - both graduates and experienced engineers are encouraged to take part in the recruitment process
- mechanical design/material strength/fatigue/vibrations basic knowledge
- knowledge and understanding of engineering tools, including software for 3D solid modeling and Finite Element Methods (FEM) (NX, ANSYS or CATIA/Patran/Nastran)
- understanding of manufacturing processes (previous industry experience will be an advantage)
- good command of both spoken and written English
Duties:
- due to dynamic growth of the Low Pressure Turbine Module team and a significant number of new projects, we are seeking for engineering candidates to work with the development of state-of-the-art technologies and design of aircraft engines and gas turbines
- design/analysis of LPT components for jet engines and gas turbines
- manufacturing support - process certifications, production issues resolution
- services support - part condition assessment, repair development
