Opis pracodawcy:
Klient Banku Danych o Inżynierach producent zaawansowanych systemów i podzespołów sterujących m.in. dla branż energetycznej, motoryzacyjnej, lotniczej.
Wymagania:
- Engineering degree, preferred Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics
- Greater than 4 years in related field or entry level PhD required
- Working knowledge of calculations for Flow and Pressure Control Components
- Knowledge of electro-hydraulic Servo Valves, Fuel Metering Valves, Fuel pump, Flight Control Electromechanical Actuation System is preferred
- Solid report, technical specification and product manual writing skills
- Good understanding of CAD-based 2D and 3D applications
- Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
- Good knowledge of English
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity
- Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment and communicate with Customers and Suppliers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills including presentations
- Teamwork abilities
Zakres obowiązków:
- Performing FEA in Ansys Workbench environment of aircraft components including: Static structural analyses, Fatigue, Vibration, Harmonic Response, Shock input
- Evaluate and propose design alternatives
- Selecting optimum solution
- Report critical technical issues up through functional management.
- Liaise with other functions and projects to ensure all stress requirements (including certification, strength, stiffness, durability, maintainability and reliability) are fully defined and integrated for any task undertaken
- Running performance calculations
- Collect and analyze data to determine areas for product improvement
