Requirements:
- experience (more than 5 years) in FMCG Industry
- technical competence – multidisciplinary
- environmental & safety familiarization
- experience with facilities managing
- proven project management skills
- ability to communicate in English
- able to negotiate & manage contracts
- experience and knowledge of modern manufacturing processes
- product and process literate, incl. maintenance, materials and maintenance planning processes
- passion to drive continuous improvement
- computer literacy
- knowledge of SAP or similar ERP
- excellent communication skills
- excellent coaching, counseling and people development skills
- financial acumen
- experience of role-modeling the leaders profile
Duties:
- successful delivery of on going project work
- new project leadership, management & coordination
- responsibility for Contractor & third party engagement & management
- responsibility for the site services and utilities agenda in line with legal requirements, cost targets and standard running conditions / requirements
- building ownership
- responsibility for the site maintenance team and agenda
- ensuring an effective and efficient maintenance strategy is delivered
- ensure automation capabilities and process fit our needs
- lead efficiency activity to maximise our delivery and minimise cost
- lead structured problem solving for the technical team.
- manage area strategies and activity plans in one site technical plan
- develop and coach as a member of the leadership team and team owner
- drive the environmental agenda with EHS
- lead a technically competent team effectively
