Requirements:
- 10 years of manufacturing experience in a fabrication or assembly area (preferred window production experience)
- knowledge of materials such as wood and aluminum
- 5 years Leadership experience (shop floor supervisory experience)
- college technical Degree
- knowledge of MRP and Lean Concept
- demonstrate leadership, vision, respect for others and a commitment to quality
- proficiency in managing and facilitating teams through problem solving
- positive “can-do” attitude
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- ability to work under pressure, within agreed budgets relating to costs, employment
- good English skills
- local candidates preferred
Duties:
- manage all day-to-day production operations within company policies and procedures
- optimize, implement and successfully manage production efficiency, quality standards, and cost reduction
- fulfill production plans , maintain quality, and cost of production
- conduct employees training and evaluation
